My name is Claire and I grew up on the shores of Huntington Beach, CA. For as long as I can remember, I have always been looking for ways to express myself. 

ACTING

I attended the Orange County School of the Arts as a part of the Music & Theatre conservatory. I recently graduated from Chapman University's Dodge College of Film & Media Arts in Southern California, with a BFA in Screen Acting. At Chapman, I've been able to develop my artistic perspective through all aspects of film and theatre while getting incredible on-set experience.

WRITING

I'm currently a music contributor for Merry-Go-Round Magazine, an independent, online culture mag based out of Los Angeles. A few of my features include the symbolic lunar cycle of Beach House's career and why I think Mitski's album Be The Cowboy should be a Broadway musical. Every now and then, I'll write about pop culture. Check out my recap of my family's Napoleon Dynamite-themed road trip. I work as Communications Manager for Chapman Radio, and I've also reviewed shows for our blog, including Whitney and SALES. READ MORE

MUSIC

I also make music. I'm the singer/songwriter/rhythm guitarist for my band, Inverted Jenny. We've played various gigs in Orange County and recently released our first EP, COSMIC CRUSH. LISTEN HERE
